Terms of sale

These terms apply when you order from Pierogarnia through this website. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and payment

Prices are in pounds and include VAT where it applies. Your order is confirmed once payment has gone through and we have emailed you. Payments are processed by Square; we never see or store your card number.

Fresh food

Our food is made fresh for your chosen delivery or collection day. Because it is perishable, the 14-day cancellation right for distance sales does not apply once we have started making your order. If you need to change or cancel, contact us as early as possible and we will help where we can.

Collection orders

Please collect in the time you chose. If you can't make it, let us know as early as you can.

Allergens

Allergen information is available for each product. Our kitchen handles common allergens, so we can't guarantee any dish is free of traces. Ask us if you are unsure.
